There are two absolute placed divs ( AP dividers) here. These are drawn in the expanded layout mode of the insert palette.
The images inside them have a behavior attached that shrinks them from 100-20% onLoad.
They have a second behavior that grows them from 100-500% onClick and toggles back onClick.
These behaviors are located under "Effects" on the Behavior Palette.
