This is a Flash Video, Ants(SMALLER).flv. A raw video file (.mov, .wmv etc..) was processed through Flash
to create a .FLV file. There is no sound here but there could be if the original file contained sound. To place this I chose
"flash video" under the media selection (right beside the tree image placer button)in "common" mode on the
Insert Palette. I could also set it to play automatically with the properties palette.
